Introduction
This new build included all of the modern conveniences you would expect in a high-end home. As well as constructing the house, Maxim Build completed the landscaping work, which included the home’s driveway, paving and retaining walls.

Details
Delivered as a new build under a full contract, this home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. In addition to the main property, Maxim Build was also responsible for the construction of a pool, heritage-look stone walls and electric gates.
At the home’s front entrance, a custom-made cedar shutter feature adds to the contemporary grandeur of the design. Externally, the look consisted of two different cladding systems – plaster and vertical cedar weatherboards – that deliver a crisp, modern feel.
