After successfully completing their family home in Epsom, our client re-engaged Maxim Build to undertake their first residential development.
Maxim Build managed the project from the earliest stages, beginning with demolition of the existing house on site. From there, the team oversaw the construction of seven two-storey townhouses – coordinating the subdivision process, working with surveyors, lawyers, and council to bring the development through to completion.
The homes include a mix of three and four-bedroom layouts with two or three bathrooms. Both interior and exterior material selections were guided by durability and ease of maintenance, ensuring the homes retain their appearance over time. Each townhouse has dedicated parking and a landscaped front yard, with planting and landscaping undertaken as part of the project.
Completed in under a year, the development now provides seven rental homes delivering a strong return for the client. While best known for high-end architectural homes, this project demonstrates Maxim Build’s capability in the development market.
